Meet the 4 Classic Ghosts:

Blinky Direct Chaser He is the most dangerous and aggressive ghost. When the number of pellets on the screen drops below certain thresholds, Blinky enters "Cruise Elroy" mode, moving faster than usual—and even faster than the player.
Pinky Ambusher They specialize in intercepting the player at turns and corners. When coordinating with Blinky (the tailer), Pinky creates a pincer movement to cut off the player's path, making it easy for them to get trapped in a dead end.
Inky Fickle & Unpredictable The path changes constantly depending on the distance between the player and Blinky. Inky can suddenly switch from tailing the player closely to turning away, creating unpredictable situations.
Sue Replaces Clyde Replacing the character Clyde from the original, the AI of Sue,incorporates pseudo-random movements at certain intersections, effectively preventing the rote pattern-based play that was so common in the 1980 Pac-Man game.

The history of Ms. Pac-Man

About Ms. Pac-Man Arcade

First released in 1981, Ms. Pac-Man stands as one of the most beloved arcade titles in video game history. This legendary classic game is a cherished part of childhood memories for the 90s generation. Mention Ms. Pac-Man, and everyone immediately pictures that yellow, round character sporting a cute pink bow.

A pioneering female icon in gaming

Ms. Pac-Man marked a historic milestone as one of the first female protagonists in the gaming world. Her design—featuring a distinctive pink bow and striking red lips—shattered the prevailing stereotypes regarding the player demographic of the era, drawing a large female audience to arcades. Furthermore, the humorous cutscenes depicting the romance between Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man—spanning their initial meeting and chase sequences to the arrival of the stork delivering Pac-Baby—laid the early groundwork for storytelling in arcade games.

We created this website to preserve the game's legacy, allowing future generations to access it for free.

After more than four decades, Ms. Pac-Man retains its full replay value thanks to responsive controls, a frenetic pace, and the drive for high scores. From classic arcade cabinets to modern web-based emulators, Ms. Pac-Man stands as a clear testament to how a sequel can step out of the original's massive shadow to become an icon of pop culture in its own right.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Yes, 100% free. You can enjoy the arcade experience directly in any desktop or mobile browser.
Learn the maze routes, collect power pellets at the right time, and avoid risky corners when ghosts are close.
In terms of design, the game has no fixed ending; it runs indefinitely, cycling through maps and increasing difficulty. However, technically speaking, there are only a maximum of 133 to 140 playable levels (depending on the arcade board version) before the game encounters a "Kill Screen"—occurring at level 134, 137, or 141—that causes it to crash completely.
Unlike the original Pac-Man (where items appear in a fixed spot beneath the ghost pen), in Ms. Pac-Man, the fruit enters the maze through a tunnel, moves freely around the map, and exits through the opposite tunnel if the player fails to eat it in time.
In the early stages, the effect lasts approximately 6 to 8 seconds. This duration decreases as the levels progress; from Level 19 onwards (in the original version), the ghosts no longer turn blue at all but simply reverse direction instantly when the player consumes a Power Pellet.
This is an automatic state triggered for Blinky (the red ghost). When the number of pellets on the board drops to specific thresholds, Blinky increases his speed beyond normal levels—even surpassing the player's maximum speed.
Ms. Pac-Man features four different maze designs (the original had only one), bonus fruit that moves across the screen instead of remaining stationary, and ghost AI with semi-random elements to counter rote pattern play.
